Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable from 16 weeks to 40 weeks of pregnancy and no previous pregnancy Yoga experience is required.
Pregnancy Yoga Classes cover: Breathing techniques, stretches, strengthening postures & sequences/ pelvic floor exercises and relaxation techniques. The aim of the pregnancy Yoga class is to keep pregnant women fit and healthy during their pregnancy whilst at the same time preparing the body and mind for labour and motherhood. Pregnancy is one of the toughest physical changes the female body will go through, so attending regular Yoga for Pregnancy Classes will not only help build strength and stamina but equally importantly encourages women to slow down so they can nurture themselves and their unborn baby. Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful way of bonding with your baby as you both prepare yourselves for well-being in the next stage of your lives together. By attending regular pregnancy Yoga classes, this will also help alleviate many of the common problems that occur in pregnancy for women such as back pains, leg cramps, sciatica, fluid retention, fatigue, tiredness and stress.
