The word Yoga means Union - Union of body, mind and spirit and bringing a sense of balance and harmony to yourself. In our busy lives, we need balance in everything we do whether it’s dealing with family, friends, work or just dealing with everyday situations. When was the last time you took time out to nurture yourself? "I have been teaching General/Pregnancy and Mum and Baby Yoga in Naas since 2003 and for me it is a life choice and passion. From an early age Yoga was part of my life as my mum is a yoga teacher and I saw and experienced firsthand the positive effects yoga had on my family and I. Yoga has helped me in Life, Pregnancy and in Motherhood and is so much more than just exercise it has taught me how important it is to take time for ourselves and that when we are happy and relaxed it affects our work and our home lives. In 2007 I gave up my 9 to 5pm office job and haven’t looked back since.
