General Yoga


In this day and age with life so busy and stressful, the aim of this class is for you to have a weekly escape to unwind, de-stress and re-charge yourself while at the same time, build strength and get fit in a gentle and fun way. There are many different types of Yoga to choose from so it is important to choose a class that suits you as a person. The type of Yoga class which you will experience and enjoy at Yoga Nurture is suitable for everyone, at all levels of fitness. The General Yoga classes are about listening to your body and its needs and working to your own capabilities. It's not about worrying how far you can push yourself or what the person on the mat beside you can do. It's about what you can do to nurture and benefit you and your body.

Classes Cover: 
Breathing & centring, stretches, core stability, Yoga postures and sequences. The class is 1 hour and 30mins long including a 20 minute relaxation, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed!

New Callanetics Class - 7.00 pm - 8.00 pm


Hatha Yoga Mixed Ability (also suits beginners) - 8.30 pm

Wednesday
Hatha Yoga Intermediate/Continuing students - 8.30 pm 

Thursday

New Callanetic's Class - 9.30am - 10.45am

Hatha Yoga with Frances - 8.30pm
